We can give you keys after you have completed all of the following:
- Signed and received a fully signed Lease
- Provided post-dated cheques for the remainder of the year or completed a Pre-Authorized Payment form
- Provided payment for all deposits and purchases of Keys and Fobs
- Provided us with confirmation that all Utilities have been placed in your name
- Provided our office with a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with your Lease
- Filled out the Contact Update Form online
